Log Files

Log files do not identify individual users and the data is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track users movements around the site and gather information about our user base as a whole.

We do not link this automatically collected data to personal information.

121QA does not use cookies.

Using Information

121QA reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics. We do this in order to measure interest in/use of the various areas of the site.

We collect IP addresses for system administration and record keeping. They are analyzed only in the aggregate: no connection is made between you and your computer's IP address. By tracking IP addresses, we can determine which sites refer the most people to 121qa.com.

Communications from 121QA

Service-Specific Announcements

We will send you service specific announcements when necessary. If our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we may send you an email.

These messages are not promotional in nature, and you do not have the option to opt out. If you do not want to receive them, you do have the option of deactivating your account.

Customer Service

Using the personal information you provide, we will send you a welcome email to verify your user name and password, respond to your inquiries, provide the services you ask for and manage your account. We will communicate with you by email.
