The 121QA Agent Survey was a valuable tool for us in getting feedback on how we as a company are perceived by our agents. It was easy to administer and the agents felt comfortable in knowing that their individual views were confidential in nature. Based on this feedback, we were able to identify our strengths which we could use for recruiting. We were also able to make changes to our areas of weakness. Making these changes improved our agent retention rates, as well as our agents’ perception of us as a company responsive to their needs.
